Stainless Steel Grades: Choose from SS304, SS444, and SS316 based on usage conditions and budget.

SS304: General liquid storage and fresh water, cost-effective.

SS444: Cost-effective with corrosion resistance similar to SS316.

SS316: Maximum corrosion resistance, suitable for harsh environments.

Manufacturing Excellence: Utilizes stringent practices for stainless steel panel production, preventing contamination and ensuring top-notch quality.

Modular and Adaptable:

• Panels are 1m x 1m or 1.22m x 1.22m, allowing easy installation and adaptability.
• Watertight with a nontoxic sealant between panels.
• Portable in pallets, minimizing shipping costs and enabling transportation to rural areas.

Technical Specifications:

• Material: Stainless steel according to EN 10088-1:2005 & ASTM A240.
• Panel: Hydraulically pressed with double flange welding.
• Reinforcement: Internally braced stays or externally with cold-formed sections.
• Seismic (Earthquake): Up to 1.5G with external reinforcement.
• Bolts, Nuts & Washer: Hexagonal shaped matching panel grade.
• Sealant: Non-toxic PVC Foam strips for water tightness.

Tank Components:

• Roof cover, air vent, ladders, level indicator, pipe connections & nozzles designed for functionality and safety.
• Tank support: I-Beam or R.C. tank support as per specifications.
• Installation: According to manufacturer's manual, specifications, and standards.
• Leak test: Conducted with water at intermediate levels for quality assurance.
